Ammonite is derived from the name of the ancient Egyptian God Ammon who believed these creatures were divine. Ammon is represented in ancient literature by the head of the ram with twisted spiral horns that are reminiscent of an Ammonite spiralled shell. They lived in the Jurassic Period from about 201 million years ago.
Ammonite fossils are believed to help us with increased vitality, relieving trauma and good to use in meditation to connect with past lives. They are known to be the stones to bring us good luck, as well as prosperity.
Ammonite fossil can assist in our well being, by generally helping to alleviate depression and exhaustion. The spiral shape of the Ammonite lends itself to improve the flow of energy or `chi`, helping to transform stale negative energy into vibrant positive energy. It is believed that the Ammonite has collected and absorbed all the knowledge of the universe on it's immensely long journey, and therefore is able to part with it's wisdom, increase wealth and improve the flow of `chi` to us.
By placing the starfish and Ammonite grid in the home or work space, it is able to help transform negative energy into more positive energy. The spiral acts as a filter drawing in these dense energies which are no longer needed, thus being pushed out and renewed by the starfish tentacles, and being replaced with more harmony and increased vitality to the occupants of the home and workspace, as well as their visitors from the starfish regeneration energy!
The spiral shape continues to keep the energy changing and evolving.
Starfish are ancient animals whose first fossils date back to the Ordovician period 450 million years ago, although rather difficult and rare to find as the starfish disintegrate after death.
Starfish has a big part in our literature and legend, in design and popular culture. In Christian symbolism the starfish represents the Virgin Mary (Stella Maris which means Star of the Sea).
In Egyptian legend, starfish meaning is connected to the goddess Isis. Isis and her sacred starfish are also associated with Sirius. Sirius is sacred to Isis because it appeared annually at the rising of the Nile. In Roman mythology, the starfish is a symbol of the love goddess Venus.
The star, as with the starfish are also seen as a celestial symbol which represents infinite divine love as well as characteristics of vigilance, brilliance, intuition, inspiration and guidance.
The number 5 is connected with unexpected change and freedom, progress and growth. The five-pointed starfish brings us the energy of transformation and the union of earth and heaven.
Each starfish grid is attuned for it's purpose for the home of work space.
Each starfish grid has a message from my mermaid of Atlantis.
