This shell is a member of the Turbinell family, which is a small family of about 25 species.
It is a solid, heavy shell with a large body whorl with raised shapes around the shoulders of the body whorl with some prominent folds on the aperture.
The cream/peach soft colour runs throughout the whole shell.
This shell is smooth to the touch between the ridges with a beautiful shape, making it a wonderful stand-alone shell to have around you.
